What is Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery— and how is it different from what you've probably tried?

Breathwork Retreat. Tasmania.

If you've ever tried breathwork and found it overwhelming — too fast, too intense, too much pressure to arrive somewhere dramatic — I want to tell you there's another way.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle, connected style of conscious breathing in and out through the nose. Nothing is forced. and there is no experience you are ‘supposed’ to have.

That last part tends to surprise people.

What actually happens in a session

With a practitioner holding the space, the breath becomes its own guide. Your body already carries the intelligence — the breathing simply creates the conditions for it to surface.

We have limit of 6 breathers max per practitioner to ensure that every participant is held in a way that is supportive of their process.

What unfolds is different for everyone. You might feel things moving through you physically. Emotions might rise. A memory, an image, a sudden clarity. Or you might simply drop into a stillness you haven't felt in a long time. There is no hierarchy of experiences here — a quiet session is as valuable as an expansive one. Nothing is forced and nothing is wasted. The process moves at the pace your system is ready for, and not a moment faster.

How RBM is different from other breathwork

Many people are familiar with breathwork practices that are fast, intense, or highly cathartic. Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery takes a different approach.

Rather than pushing for an experience, we work with gentleness, presence, and intention. We trust the wisdom of the body. We don't force release. We create the conditions for your nervous system to settle, regulate, and reveal what is ready to come through.

This is breathwork for people who are tired of pushing. For people whose nervous systems are already working overtime. For people who want to return to themselves. And this is exactly what drew me to it and completely turned my life around, I was so scared to try Breathwork, but this approach enabled me to gently unravel and become closer and closer to ay authentic self and expression.

Who it's for

RBM tends to find the people who need it most — those who've tried everything else and still feel like something is stuck. People carrying old grief, creative blocks, or a quiet sense of disconnection from their own lives. People who are deeply capable and deeply exhausted in equal measure.

You don't need any previous experience with breathwork. You don't need to know what you're looking for. You just need to be willing to breathe.

If you're curious about whether RBM might be right for you, I'd love to hear from you.
